Low Fat Muffin Recipes
These recipes have less fat, cholesterol, calories or sugar OR all less of all. This is achieved by using ingredients like apple sauce and canola oil instead of butter; skim milk or low fat yogurt or juice instead of full cream milk and egg whites instead of whole eggs. Sometimes the texture of these may be different to Mum's normal sweet muffins but still yummy, yummy! If the kids/teen here in the test kitchen still like them they have to be good!
